1. Equipment Ownership: All equipment remains the sole property of Apex Alpine Rentals. The customer assumes all responsibility for the equipment while in their possession.
2. Rental Period: The rental period begins at the scheduled delivery/pickup time and ends upon the successful return of the equipment to an Apex Alpine hub or agent.
3. Late Returns: A late fee equivalent to a full day's rental will be charged for equipment not returned by 6:00 PM on the scheduled return date.
4. Damages: The customer is liable for the full retail cost of the equipment in the event of loss, theft, or serious breakage, unless a Damage Waiver was purchased.
